The All on Four technique has revolutionised the way we replace full dentures and badly damaged teeth with fixed teeth. We are able to use less implants and provide patients with teeth on the day the implants are put in. These images illustrate the concept.

This relatively young woman had been wearing dentures since 17 years of age and longed for fixed teeth, she was restored with 4 implants and a fixed upper bridge that restored her teeth, smile and confidence.

These images were taken a day apart. This gentleman needed to address his failing teeth. Six implants were placed and on the same day a temporary bridge was fixed to the implants. The temporary bridge can be seen in the after image.

This gentleman's few remaining teeth were failing and he was unable to wear a denture. Implants were placed and restored with a fixed bridge.

This woman was tired of her full upper denture and desired something that would not move, also her lower teeth were failing. She had implants placed in the upper and lower jaws and fixed bridges placed to replace all her missing teeth.

This patient presented with two missing front teeth, the implants had been placed in a different city, there was a large amount of missing gum, this made the case extremely difficult to manage. We undertook a grafting procedure to replace the missing gum and bone. We were able to restore the missing teeth with one implant with a two tooth bridge.

This patient had been missing lower back teeth for years and had difficulty chewing. Two implants were placed on each side allowing us to provide her with three teeth on each side.

This young patient was born without lower canine teeth. These were replaced with dental implants and crowns.

This young woman's central incisor was failing, the tooth had become infected and was unable to be saved.
